A free seven-day email course for safer decisions at work

A convincing email. An urgent request. A familiar name. Practise the small pause that gives you space to check before you act.

  • One short workplace scenario each day
  • A practical check you can use straight away
  • A two-minute activity to try with your team

For small business teams. No technical background needed.

Before you join

What will arrive in my inbox?

First, an email asking you to confirm your address. After confirmation you’ll receive a Day 0 welcome email. Day 1 follows about 24 hours later, then one lesson daily through Day 7. Each lesson includes a workplace scenario, one practical safety check and a two-minute team activity. Day 7 includes a gentle invitation to the paid programme.

Does the free course award a certificate?

No. This free email course does not award a certificate. The separate paid CPD Certified programme has its own training and completion requirements.

Will I receive marketing afterwards?

No ongoing marketing is included in this signup. The course ends after Day 7. Any future marketing subscription would require separate consent.

Can I stop the emails?

Yes. Each course email will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the remaining lessons. You do not need to finish the week.

No single check guarantees safety. The aim is to practise safer decisions alongside the safeguards your team already uses.
