How Access Works

One purchase. Twelve months to complete.

Your 12-month access period starts when the customer administrator activates the account, or automatically 7 days after successful payment if activation has not occurred, whichever comes first.

When access expires, historical dashboard records remain available read-only. New learner allocation and new training access are blocked. Certificates remain verifiable for their own 12-month validity period.

Renewal is optional and requires a new purchase or agreed arrangement.

Does every plan include the full programme?

Yes. Every plan includes the same approximately 45-minute programme, 9 subtitle languages, and verifiable certificates.

Is this a subscription?

No. Plans cover a 12-month access period and do not renew automatically unless a new arrangement is agreed.

Can a seat be reused?

Before completion, an authorised customer administrator may remove a learner and reuse the released seat where the account controls permit. Completed learner records, Final Check results and certificates cannot be transferred or rewritten.
